Carmelo Anthony is now a New York Knick as well as Chauncey Billups, Shelden Williams, Anthony Carter and Renaldo Balkman the deal happens before the Thursday trade line. This was New York’s ideal move and now will put them in great chances of taking the championship. The Denenver nuggets will receive Wilson Chandler, Raymond Felton, Danilo Gallinari, Timofey Mozgov, the Knicks’ 2014 first-round draft pick, the Warriors’ 2012 second-round pick, the Warriors’ 2013 second-round pick and $3 million in cash. Glad this one is finally finished. I’m no Knicks fan, but I suppose it helps the league to have a good team in New York. Just like football, basketball is a pretty good example of socialism in action.
