Drake is the latest artist on this months Billboard magazine cover. You have to give him his props no official album released as of yet and he’s already on the cover of Billboard.

Slaughterhouse makes it’s debut on the Billboard charts this week, while the Black Eyed Peas and Maxwell continue to do stong numbers. Black Eyed Peas continue to be in the Top 5 this week they come in at #3 selling close to 45,000 copies and bringing their estimated total to 917,000 units. Maxwell continues to put up some impressive number he comes in at #7 selling for the week 38,000 and brining his estimated total to 631,000. Fabolous slides all the way to #16 with Loso’s Way selling close to 24,000 for the week and 160,000 in total. Eminem continues to Relapse as his latest album comes in #20 for the week with 21,000 copies sold for the week brining his total to 1,362,000 units!!!NICE!!! Slaughterhouse debuts in the charts this week coming in at #26 selling in it’s first week 18,000 units. Next week be ready for Sean Paul to crack in the Top 50 !!!

Maxwell continues to sell strong in his second week on the Billboard charts, his latest effort “Black Summer’s Night”  sells 72,ooo copies this week to make his total units sold 494,000, very impressive after taking a hiatus of 8 years!!! The Black Eyed Peas are still pushing units with “The E.N.D.” album, they fall out of the Top 5 in charts but manage to sell 52,ooo for the week and in total 779,000. Eminem comes in at #11 with “Relapse” moving 25,ooo units for the week and 1,295,000 in total. Chicago rapper Twista comes in at #19 for the week with 19k sold, his current single “Wetter” is on heavy rotation and in 2 weeks his latest album has sold a total of  64,ooo and on a R&B tip Joe moves 15,000 units this week of his latest album “Signature” which to date has sold 64k. The latest album from The Black Eyed Peas titled “The E.N.D.” has debuted number 1 this week on the Billboard charts, selling an impressive 304,000 copies in it”s debut week. The album is mostly produced by Will.I.Am and offers a unique and refreshing sound of Hip Hop. Eminem’s “Relapse” has officially gone platnium in it’s fourth week of being out. Mos Def has surprised many with his latest album “The Ecstatic” coming in at #9 and selling close to 39,000, while former Pretty Ricky member Pleasure P comes in a spot behind Mos with his album “The Introduction of Marcus Cooper” selling 38,000 copies.
